- 1/2 pound Certified Angus Beef ® deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- French baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- Mix together sour cream and horseradish.
- Spread one teaspoon of sour cream mixture onto baguette slice.
- Top with roast beef slice, artichoke slice and red pepper strip. Garnish with rosemary.
